Every lesson begins with original content. Our articles, discussion materials, and curriculum are created in-house, not pulled from a textbook or recycled from a standard program. What you study at Alpha+ exists nowhere else. Sessions are built entirely around the student. There is no fixed syllabus. If you have a presentation next month, that becomes the focus. If you are preparing for an interview, that is what we work on. After every session, students receive custom notes within 48 hours. These cover the key expressions, corrections, and vocabulary from that class, written specifically for you. They give you a clear picture of where your gaps are and something concrete to work with between sessions.

Any adult who wants to improve their English. Students come to Alpha+ with very different goals. Some are working professionals who need stronger business communication. Some are preparing for overseas study, an MBA program, or a graduate degree abroad. Some want to prepare for a job interview or an international presentation. Others simply want to become more comfortable and confident in everyday English. There is no minimum level required. We work with complete beginners and advanced professionals alike. What matters is that you have a goal. We build from there.

It depends on the type of class, but most sessions follow a natural rhythm. For article-based classes, which are among our most popular, a session typically opens with a warm-up discussion, moves into vocabulary from the article, then into discussion of the content itself, and closes with a review of expressions and corrections from that session. For goal-specific classes such as interview preparation, presentation coaching, or business writing, the structure shifts to fit what the student actually needs to practice. Both 1:1 private sessions and small group classes are available. For companies and teams looking to train employees together, corporate group sessions can be arranged regardless of team size. Group sessions follow a similar format but add the dimension of discussion and peer interaction, which many students find valuable for building confidence and fluency.

Both options are available. Online sessions work well for students who prioritize flexibility, have a demanding schedule, or are based outside Seoul. The quality of instruction is identical, and the 48-hour follow-up notes are the same regardless of format. In-person sessions offer the added benefit of direct interaction, which some students find better for relationship building and staying accountable. We leave the choice to the student.

Because every class is tailored to the student, pricing depends on session frequency, duration, class format, and the type of preparation involved.
