Alpha+는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리한 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 사용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 개인정보보호법 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.

• 문의 응대: 이름, 이메일 주소, (선택) 회사, 메시지를 수집하여 고객 문의에 대한 응답 및 처리 목적으로 사용합니다.
• 뉴스레터 발송: 이메일 주소를 수집하여 뉴스레터를 정기적으로 발송하고 구독자 관리를 위해 사용합니다.

• 운영 필수: Netlify와 Cloudflare는 필수 운영 처리자로서 데이터를 처리합니다. 해당 이전의 거부는 웹사이트 이용을 중단하는 방식으로 행사할 수 있으며, 콘텐츠를 안전하게 전달하기 위해 필요합니다.

당사는 위탁 업체가 개인정보보호법에 따라 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하도록 관리·감독합니다.

• Consent-Based Services: You may refuse or withdraw consent for transfers to Buttondown, Formspark, and Botpoison by contacting [email protected]. Refusal will make it impossible to use the newsletter and contact form.
• Operational Necessity: Netlify and Cloudflare process data as essential operational processors. Refusal of these transfers is exercised by discontinuing use of the website, as they are required to deliver content safely.

We supervise and manage the outsourced companies to ensure secure processing of personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

Alpha+는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조(개인정보의 처리 목적)에서 명시한 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 개인정보 보호법 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다.

Cloudflare (보안 및 CDN): Cloudflare는 콘텐츠 전송 네트워크(CDN)이자 보안 제공자로 동작합니다. 사이버 공격 차단 및 빠른 로딩을 위해 요청 메타데이터와 IP 주소를 처리합니다. 관리자 접근에 한하여 Cloudflare Zero Trust를 통한 2단계 인증(2FA)을 사용합니다. Cloudflare는 해당 데이터를 광고 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

필수 쿠키: 당사는 사이트 보안(Cloudflare 보안 토큰) 및 관리자 인증에 꼭 필요한 쿠키만 사용합니다. 마케팅 목적의 개인 추적에는 사용하지 않습니다.

Cloudflare (Security & CDN): Cloudflare acts as both a Content Delivery Network and security provider. It processes request metadata and IP addresses to block cyber attacks and ensure fast loading. For administrative access only, we use Cloudflare Zero Trust for 2FA. Cloudflare does not use this data for advertising.

Essential Cookies: We only use cookies strictly necessary for site security (Cloudflare security tokens) and administrator authentication. These do not track individuals for marketing purposes.
